Energy Trust of Oregon — New Buildings design assistance and Existing Buildings custom incentives, including retro-commissioning and Strategic Energy Management. Serves PGE, Pacific Power, NW Natural and others (including parts of SW Washington).
Puget Sound Energy, Seattle City Light, and BPA-member utilities — commercial new-construction incentives and Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) programs for larger buildings.
California Energy Design Assistance (CEDA) — statewide new-construction / major-renovation program across PG&E, SCE, SDG&E and SoCalGas (this replaced the former "Savings by Design"). Retro- and monitoring-based commissioning are supported through utility custom programs.
NV Energy PowerShift — Business Energy Services with commercial new-construction and custom incentives, under which commissioning measures are eligible.
SRP Business Solutions (including a dedicated Retrocommissioning program) and APS Solutions for Business (custom and new-construction incentives).
Hawaii Energy — ratepayer-funded New Construction & Major Renovation program and commercial rebates that include commissioning and retro-commissioning pathways.
