Where the controls can’t measure something, we add sensors only where they’re needed. We combine that with your actual utility bills, drawings and equipment records. Once your building is set up in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, we can keep it connected. New utility data comes in on a regular schedule and is compared with how the building should be performing.
