How we work
Most commissioning — design and submittal reviews, planning, coordination, and reporting — is done remotely. The only on-site days are site observations and functional testing, which are traveled-to for nearly every provider anyway. So hire the most qualified firm for your building, and cover a small, transparent travel premium for the days that truly need boots on the ground.
